Monica,when the lady asked, where does the money go when AT&T is ordered to pay a fine , I thought the answer would be the United States Treasury. Do they ever actually pay,or is it put into some type of legal , never ending dispute ? You gave a great mind vitamin . Never heard that term before, should it be added to your Glossary ?
