While still optimistic, the trend lately seems to be focusing on freedoms we take for granted as Americans. FlagBurning is disrespectful and offensive, but I don’t condemn anyone from doing it, free country. FakeNews, well, hasn’t it been fake for years now, anything should be taken with a grain of salt until there is some validation (that’s a completely different problem). CyberBullying *IS* a problem, it should be be considered as part of the 1st Amendment, attack away at that. SelfRadicalization is a judgement based on bias, perception, and prejudices of the beholder. I don’t see a Muslim peacefully protesting something as someone self radicalizing, however that same Muslim could be viewed totally different by someone else with different beliefs and opinions.

The question to ask is who, if anyone, is to be the judge of what is part of the 1st Amendment and what isn’t? Personally I think the Supreme Court is the only group that can and should make rulings that have a direct correlation to the U.S. Constitution.
